We started our journey in 2014. We have come a long way. 

Innove Law was founded with the objective of providing innovative, meaningful and reliable legal assistance to those in need of it the most. 

Clients who work with us and who have worked with us in the past include over 300 businesses - startups, small and medium enterprises, investors, multinational companies, financial institutions and high net-worth individuals. 

Innove Law is founded and managed by Suhas Baliga, an alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Prior to Innove Law, Suhas worked with Luthra & Luthra and Trilegal. Suhas writes extensively on legal issues affecting businesses that he cares about. 

Our business is primarily focussed on select and long term relationships as trusted advisors to our clients. We are a specialised team of corporate lawyers based out of our offices in the financial capital of Mumbai, India. In our work, we commit ourselves to simplifying issues for our clients and helping in designing innovating solutions for their businesses.
